NN²

The NN² project has grown into a network for highly educated & professional New Residents (NN²). NN² is made up of immigrants but also native Dutch people who feel connected to a multicultural Holland and who want to make a positive contribution to an integrated society in the broadest sense.

So, who are those New Residents exactly?

NN²ers are New Residents who have had a higher level of education beyond high school, these graduates /academics are company owners or hold positions of responsibly within a company. NN² also consists of \'up and coming\' professionals. These are New Residents who are currently in Higher Education (level 4 MBO and higher) and who will later join the job market.

No two NN²-ers are the same, that\'s why the New Residents want to get to know each other, discuss current social issues, function as a referee at job interviews or just to socialize. NN²-ers want to coach and mentor each other, to give each other the confidence and support to make a successful start in the job market. In short, New Residents want to support each other in a wide variety of areas.

NN² is surely an asset to your social network. You\'ll find within NN² not only New Residents with whom you feel connected but also NN²ers who can play an important role as sounding board, confidant or adviser. Sometimes, a nudge is all you need to move you forward.

How can NN2 benefit your organization?

NN² offers help & expert advice by the development of new HR policies. NN² provides help & advise in expanding a workforce. With an immigrant worker can NN² be of great value, NN² can help with the coaching or mentoring of new immigrant workers in their work. In other words; NN² helps in the search for social trends which can influence the way people can work (together), inform and live social networking is an important part of the vision of NN².

NN² Continual improvement

NN² is now recruiting new members to help with task of organizing activities; such as networking meets & job markets. All new participants are very welcome.
